These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through BIG BRAND DEPOT and are intended to ensure transparency and a fair experience for both the buyer and seller. By placing an order, you agree to the following:


General Terms

  • All Sales Are Final
    All merchandise is sold “as is, where is.” No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless specifically stated in writing.

  • Reservation Deposit
    A refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve an order or viewing. This deposit is mandatory and helps us prevent no-shows and unserious inquiries. The deposit will be fully applied toward your purchase or refunded if the appointment is canceled with adequate notice.

  • Condition of Merchandise
    All items are sourced from overstock and liquidation inventory. While many are in brand-new condition, some items may have minor imperfections due to previous handling. We make every effort to describe lot conditions accurately.

  • Payment Terms
    Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and other secure payment methods.

  • Shipping & Handling
    Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges. Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight, size, and delivery destination.

  • Signature Confirmation & Insurance
    BIG BRAND DEPOT provides signature confirmation on all high-value shipments. Optional shipping insurance is available and strongly encouraged to protect your investment. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is declined.

  • Right to Cancel
    We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.


Specific Terms

Additional terms may apply to individual lots, depending on the product type or category. These may include:

  • Product Types
    Product listings may include a variety of clothing such as jeans, tops, activewear, dresses, outerwear, and seasonal collections.

  • Size and Style Assortment
    Unless otherwise stated, all lots come in assorted sizes and styles. Specific preferences cannot be guaranteed for liquidation inventory.

  • Minimum Purchase Requirements
    Some inventory lots may have minimum order quantities (e.g., 10, 50, or 100 pieces) which will be clearly listed on the product page.

  • Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and bank transfers. Orders are not considered final until payment has been confirmed.

  • Return Policy (if applicable)
    In rare cases where returns are accepted:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

    • All items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact

    • A restocking fee may apply if returned items are damaged, missing tags, or show signs of use

  • International Orders
    International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping documentation. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Clothing liquidation involves the sale of excess retail inventory. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in packaging, tagging, or condition are normal in overstock and liquidation lots.
