At BIG BRAND DEPOT, we are committed to delivering your liquidation merchandise quickly, safely, and efficiently anywhere in the United States. Our shipping process is streamlined to ensure a smooth experience from purchase to delivery.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We use reliable, trackable freight and parcel services, including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers for pallet-sized and bulk shipments

Shipping method is based on order size and destination. Palletized orders will ship via LTL freight and include tracking.

📍 Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard shipping delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for certain items—please contact us for a custom quote.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in the pallet pricing as indicated.

  • For bulk orders or special shipping requests, please contact our sales team for a custom freight quote.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before finalizing your order.

🔐 Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • For LTL freight, you will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) and delivery ETA.

  • Customers are responsible for being present to receive freight deliveries when required.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for palletized orders. Please use a physical address.

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • Any issues such as damage, missing items, or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@bigbranddepot.com with your order number and photos for faster resolution.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

As a liquidation company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the shipment as outlined above. Please review product details and condition carefully before purchasing.
